After losing two games from our pre-season schedule to the wet weather, Chris Nunn has arranged for Corby Town to visit Bridge Road this Tuesday night. The game will be another opportunity for our First team regulars to blow away the cobwebs and get some match fitness into their legs while also giving our younger stars an additional chance to shine at senior level. This extra game comes ahead of our final pre-season friendly against Biggleswade Town on Saturday 20th July and before the season proper starts at Bridge Road the following weekend. The visitors on that occasion will be newly promoted Northampton Sileby Rangers in our opening game of the GCE Hire Fleet United Counties League Premier Division South campaign.
Admission to our match against Corby Town will be £5 for adults and £2 for Under 18s. Accompanied under 12-year-olds will be admitted for free. We will not be able to open the burger bar for this game but the up-stairs bar with Sky Sports and TNT TV will be open from 6.00pm. A limited food supply will be available from behind the bar.
Our thanks go to Corby Town for their co-operation in playing this game at short notice.
