Like many other football clubs up and down our country, the impact of the current coronavirus pandemic is hitting us hard. Income has reduced to a trickle whilst expenses such as utility bills, ground maintenance, insurance and certifications still need to be paid.
Some clubs may not survive this crisis, but we are determined to emerge from it in the best possible state. We are pulling out all the stops to ensure we can be there when matches resume, and continue the incredible success we have had in our youth, ladies and first team structures.
Histon FC is therefore asking whether you would donate as much as you can afford to help the club get through this challenging period and continue the great work we have had to temporarily abandon. Whether you are a dedicated Stutes fan or simply supportive of what we are trying to achieve, any size donation would be much appreciated.
If you provide your name and contact details when you make your donation, we will enter you into a draw for one years’ free VIP status which will allow you entry into the ground as our guest.
In addition, if your donation is of £25 or more, we will give you free admission to our next home league match, whenever that may be.
The fund will close on 31st May. In the meantime, please stay safe and we hope to see you back at Bridge Road once football resumes.
