March Town United are our visitors to Bridge Road on Tuesday evening as we go looking for our first victory of the 2024/25 campaign. Our Fenland neighbours have had a mixed start to their season having already experienced some highs and lows this month. Creditable victories over Easington Sports and Aylestone Park came either side of a surprise 0-3 reverse at home to Godmanchester Rovers which few would have predicted. Like ourselves, the Hares are now free to concentrate on the league after going out of the FA Cup at Newmarket Town and will be looking to at least make the play-off stages again come next April.
The Stutes will be hoping the injury sustained by Matty Allan at the weekend is not a serious one, but the extra depth within the First team squad this season gives our team management plenty of attacking options should changes to the starting line-up be necessary.
The upstairs bar with TNT and Sky TV will be open soon after 6pm and the burger bar with its usual range of offerings open throughout the evening. The award-winning match-day programme with news on the Stutes and from around the UCL will be available at £2 from inside the turnstile. The usual admission prices of £10 for adults, £6 concessions and £2 for under 17s will apply with accompanied under 11s admitted free.
Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
