We have today completed our second signing of the week and can announce that Matty Allan has returned to Bridge Road. The 25 year old striker joins us from Godmanchester Rovers where he scored 25 goals in 45 appeaances last season. Matty came through the Scholarship Programme here at The Bridge and certainly made a significant mark during that time, making his senior debut in the 2015/16 season and scoring 16 goals in 60 senior appearances before moving on.
Lance was delighted to secure another new addition to his squad, “Matty is a proven goal scorer and well known to us of course so I’m delighted to have been able to bring him back to Bridge Road. He has a drive to score goals and will hopefully give us that cutting edge up front.”
