Our last away game before a run of four home league games in a row has us heading to Coventry United’s Butts Park Arena tomorrow afternoon where Gaffer Chris Nunn will be wanting his Stutes to find their scoring boots after successive 0-0 away draws.
Our hosts have taken all three points from both Wellingborough and Newport Pagnell on their own pitch this season and are in a comfortable mid-table position with last Saturday’s home reverse to Yaxley only their second in eight games at Butts Park.
We have good memories from this fixture last season when goals from Youth teamer Ben Hurrion on his senior debut and another from Connor Barnes saw us take the points, although things might have been a bit more comfortable had we converted one our penalties that day!
Joe Sutton is doubtful after pulling out of last Saturday’s game after feeling his hamstring during the warm-up and Lene Burden will be out for a while with a knee injury. Please note that we kick off at 3.00pm.
