We’re back at The Bridge tomorrow as we welcome Bedworth United for our next Pitching In NPL Midlands Division game. After a tough couple of weeks on the road we now look forward to back-to-back home games with Loughborough Dynamo the visitors next weekend as we fight for the points to keep us out of the bottom two in the table and in with a chance of making the play-offs to maintain our Step 4 status.
United have spent most of the season in a comfortable mid-table position and currently sit in 11th place on 42 points from 31 games. Recent form has not been good however with five defeats from six, the only point coming from a 0-0 home draw against Daventry Town in early February. They have though won three of their last six away from home and will clearly present a tough challenge tomorrow.
We have only been beaten once in the last six games at The Bridge though and that home form gives us some hope that more points could be around the corner if we can maintain those performance levels.
