Following a 10:30am inspection, today’s game has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Weather permitting, tomorrow we welcome Coggeshall Town to Bridge Road as we look to get back to winning ways after last Saturday’s dramatic defeat at Bury Town.
Our visitors are well placed in the league table with 39 points from 23 games and look set for a tilt at the play-offs again this season. We met recently at West Street when somehow we managed to go down 1-5 in a game that was quite even for the most part and Lance will no doubt want to put that result right tomorrow.
Our last meeting at Bridge Road came in January 2018 when goals from James Carman and Will Lawton saw us take all three points and the same again tomorrow will get us back on track and looking up the table again.
Fingers crossed for the weather being kind to us tomorrow, kick off is scheduled for 3:00pm.
