After a much more settled week in terms of weather we get back into action tomorrow for the visit of Lutterworth Town to Bridge Road with the game kicking off at 2.00pm.
Last weekend’s unscheduled day off has at least meant that Chris Nunn may have one or two more players available with the extra time helping some to recover from knocks. New signing Luke Bullement will also hopefully get his first chance to run out in a Histon shirt after the right-sided midfielder/defender was denied that opportunity last weekend following his signing from Cogenhoe Town.
We are also supporting International Women’s Day this weekend in recognition of the female volunteers, players and supporters who are an important part of our club. Women and girls attending Saturday’s game will enjoy reduced admission prices as we join the collective global activism event to #InspireInclusion.
The Bar and Burger Bar will both be open as usual with cash and contactless payment available at both. The Burger Bar is supplied by Histon Chop Shop whose burgers and sausages are hand made to order for the club whilst we also offer Pies, as well as chips (of course!). Live Premier League games will aso be on in the Bar both before and after the game so why not come down a little early and stay a bit later!
