The United Counties League have announced the opening fixtures, ahead of our Men’s First Team 2023/24 campaign.
Lance Key’s side open the season with a trip to Aylestone Park, a suburb of Leicester on Saturday July 29th. Aylestone Park are new to the UCL’s top flight, having gained promotion from the league’s First Division as Champions. We follow this with a home tie on Tuesday August 1st, as we host a more familiar side in the shape of Cambridgeshire counterparts March Town United.
It is expected that the remainder of fixtures shall be released on Monday July 17th.
The current fixtures are as follows:
Saturday July 29th Aylestone Park v HISTON 3:00pm UCL South
Tuesday August 1st HISTON v March Town United 7:45pm UCL South
Saturday August 5th Ipswich Wanderers v HISTON 3:00pm FA Cup
Saturday August 26th Great Yarmouth Town v HISTON 3:00pm FA Cup
