Histon Football Club is delighted to announce that Charlie Tunnell has joined Lance Key’s squad.
Tunnell makes his way to Bridge Road via Cambridge University Press, where in the 2021/22 campaign the left sided defender was an almost ever present. The 22 year old racked up 37 appearances, scoring 7 times as he aided his side to the Cliff Bullen, and Cambs League Cup titles, whilst narrowly missing out on top spot within the Cambs League, Premier Division.
Having featured in pre-season, Manager Key has clearly seen enough potential in the left back to secure his signature for the forthcoming campaign.
